The shooting menu is used to adjust settings for a wide range of shooting conditions. Frequently-used options can be saved to a personalized custom menu ("my menu").
The options available vary with the shooting mode selected.
Press [MENU/OK] in shooting mode to display the menus.
Press the selector left to highlight the tab for the current menu.
Press the selector down to highlight the tab (, , , , , or ) containing the desired item.
Press the selector right to place the cursor in the menu.
Press the selector up or down to highlight the desired item.
Press the selector right to view options for the highlighted item.
Press the selector up or down to highlight the desired option.
Press [MENU/OK] to select the highlighted option.
Press [DISP/BACK] to return to the shooting display.
Use the front command dial to scroll through the menus a page at a time.
To adjust shooting settings that affect image quality, press [MENU/OK] in the shooting display and select the ([IMAGE QUALITY SETTING]) tab.
To adjust focus settings, press [MENU/OK] in the shooting display and select the ([AF/MF SETTING]) tab.
To adjust shooting options, press [MENU/OK] in the shooting display and select the ([SHOOTING SETTING]) tab.
To adjust flash-related settings, press [MENU/OK] in the shooting display and select the ([FLASH SETTING]) tab.
To adjust options for movie recording, press [MENU/OK] in the shooting display and select the ([MOVIE SETTING]) tab.
