b Deleting Pictures

Use the b(e) button to delete pictures.

Deleted pictures cannot be recovered. Copy important pictures to a computer or other storage device before proceeding.

  1. With a picture displayed full frame, press the b(e) button and select [FRAME].

  2. Press the selector left or right to scroll through pictures and press [MENU/OK] to delete.

Pictures are deleted the moment you press the [MENU/OK] button; be careful not to delete pictures accidentally.

Repeat as necessary to delete additional pictures. Display the picture to be deleted and press [MENU/OK].

Protected pictures cannot be deleted. Remove protection from any pictures you wish to delete (a [PROTECT]).

Pictures can also be deleted by A [ERASE] from playback menu (a [ERASE]).
