.Touch Screen Mode
With this camera, the LCD monitor functions as a touch screen.
LCD Monitor Touch Controls
When [ON] is selected for [TOUCH SCREEN SETTING] > [TOUCH SCREEN(LCD)] or [PLAY BACK SETTING(LCD)] in [USER], the following touch controls can be used in shooting and playback modes:
Only swiping is available during movie playback.
Swipe
Swipe a finger across the display to view other files.
Double-Tap
Tap the display twice to zoom in on the focus point.
When tapping the display twice to zoom in shooting mode, [TOUCH SCREEN SETTING] > [DOUBLE TAP SETTING(LCD)] in [USER] must be enabled beforehand.
Selecting a Focus Area
When [AF] is selected for [FOCUS] > [TOUCH SCREEN MODE], you can reposition the focus area at any time by tapping your subject on the LCD monitor in shooting mode.
When [AREA] is selected for [FOCUS] > [TOUCH SCREEN MODE], the focus area will move to the selected point, but the focus will not be adjusted.
Focus Zoom
When [HIGH] is selected for [TOUCH SCREEN SETTING] > [DOUBLE TAP SETTING(LCD)] in [USER], tap the center of the screen twice to enlarge the center of the shooting screen by 6 x. When [LOW] is selected, it will be enlarged by 2.5 x. Tap the center twice again to return to the original display.
