End User License Agreement
This end user license agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to users who have indicated their acceptance of its terms and conditions by downloading “FUJIFILM Photo Receiver” software (the “Software”) provided by FUJIFILM Corporation (the “Corporation”). Use of the Software is conditional on accepting the terms and conditions of the Agreement; note that by downloading the Software, you are held to have accepted the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

1. Permissions: You are permitted to download, install, and use the Software for personal use on a smart phone or tablet device that you own.
2. Prohibitions: In no event may the Software be (a) used in a manner that exceeds agreed limitations on its use or transferred, lent, or sublicensed to a third party without the prior written permission of the Corporation, (b) duplicated, modified, adapted, or stripped of applicable copyright or other commercial rights information, or (c) reverse engineered, decompiled, or disassembled by yourself or any third party.
3. Intellectual Property Rights: The Corporation holds all copyright and other intellectual property rights pertaining to the Software. No rights or permissions are transferred or granted to you except otherwise specifically agreed in this Agreement.
4. Liability: The Corporation (a) makes no guarantee that the Software does not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and accepts no liability for any damages arising from infringement of the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, (b) provides the Software “as is” without warranty of any kind as to performance, quality, or freedom from programming or network transmission errors, (c) accepts no liability for damages to smart phones or tablet devices or any other damages that may arise from downloading, installing, and using the Software, (d) accepts no liability for interception of data received or transmitted while the Software is in use, or for any damages arising from such interception, (e) accepts no responsibility in the event that the service provided by this Software becomes unavailable due to changes to specifications or the introduction of other products by the Corporation or any third party, (f) makes no warranty of compatibility with user hardware, operating systems, third-party software, peripheral devices, or networks, and (g) may update the Software as it feels necessary, but accepts no responsibility for updating the software to reflect changes to smart phone or tablet or operating systems or hardware.
