FUJIFILM Camera Remote can now be used with all FUJIFILM cameras equipped with wireless LAN (note, however, that the features supported vary with the camera). From now on, please use FUJIFILM Camera Remote when connecting to a FUJIFILM digital camera via wireless LANs.

Start FUJIFILM Photo Receiver.
On the camera, select playback mode and display a picture you want to upload.
Simultaneously tap Connect on the smartphone and on the camera.
When the camera locates the smartphone, its name will appear in the camera display (you can enter a new name for the smartphone in the “Name” field at any time).
Confirm that the name of the destination smartphone is correct and tap START SENDING on the camera.
To upload additional pictures, display them on the camera and tap . Up to 30 pictures can be uploaded in a single session.
To end the session, tap End on the smartphone or BACK on the camera.

To view the pictures, tap Photos (iOS) or Gallery (Android).
The app can be also be launched by pressing the SNS (iOS) or share button (Android).

Using a Digital Camera: Cautions

・Be sure the battery is charged before uploading pictures.
・During upload, do not remove the battery or memory card or turn the camera off.
・Upload may not be available depending on how the smartphone is configured.
・Data included with pictures, such as titles, dates of recording, and, in the case of cameras equipped with GPS technology, GPS data, may contain confidential information. Confirm that the selected destination is correct before uploading pictures. We recommend that you assign both the camera and smartphone easy-to-identify names before connecting.
・Upload is affected by image size and distance. At default settings, ON is selected for WIRELESS SETTING > RESIZE IMAGE ON SENDING in the camera setup menu and images are resized to for upload. We recommend that this setting be used when uploading pictures to a smartphone.
・Upload is not available with movies. The camera may be unable to upload images created or modified on other devices.
・The camera can connect to only one smartphone at a time.
